Fusion
was the idea of John Collingwood; www.wanttoimpress.com
and also Claire Finn & Rachel McManus; www.pzazzevents.com
It proved to be a hugely successful event. Fusion
pitted the North East's leading chef's and mixologist's
against each other. Four quarter final's, two semi
finals, and a grand final. Panel members were a mix
of food critics. celebrities and drinks industry experts.
Steve linked the whole evening together. He interviewed
panel members, chef's and mixologists, and also diner's.
As well as being a competition, Fusion was a dining
experience, which people thoroughly enjoyed.

some very close results, the winner's were chef Ricky Nguyen
of Newcastle's Little Saigon Restaurant; www.littlesaigon.uk.com
and mixologist Josh Duignan from Mr Lynch; www.mrlynch.co.uk.
The team behind Fusion, plan to not only have the event in
the North East next year, but in other regions of the UK. |
